It’s different model, firmware 3.30(BDQ.7) is ZyWall-USG20, you cannot upgrade USG-20VPN firmware to ZyWall-USG20.
The latest firmware on ZyWall-USG20 is 3.30(BDQ.9), here is latest firmware download link,
