We have SecuExtender, IPSec VPN WINDOWS Client ,SecuExtender, SSL VPN MAC OS and additional SSL VPN tunnel license.
Could you share more detailed information about the license?

I also lost VoIP phone operation after the recent firmware update.  Moving the phone outside the USG40 it works but not when it is behind the USG40.

It is the VPN WINDOWS Client and I wonder if this is upgradeable to SecuExtender VPN Client?

    Hi @ghasdorff

Could you share more detailed information about your symptom?

Could you provide your topology with IP address? Where is your SIP phone and server located?

What is the current firmware of the USG device you’re using?

    Hi @ChrisBys

The license you purchased is mainly for perpetual versions and the current version is v3.8.204.61.32.

And the v5.6.80.007 is the subscription based version which requires different licenses.

    Hi @RDVasil

Did you ever get this resolved. I am experiencing the same issue on a new branch site I am trying to setup. Struggling to find an answer.

Would be grateful for any pointers.
