Add LED Status lights

It would be great to see an access points LED status and corresponding description in the portal. There isn't always someone onsite to tell you what the LED is doing. But for now I refer to this when I get get feedback from a customer or onsite engineer...

LED status corresponding descriptions are normally in full detail depicted in the user-guide and also a document at Nebula > Help > Online documents > Nebula Device Startup LED Guide. Here is the FAQ link updated on community for user’s reference.
