GS1920-24 & XGS2210-28 switches and a problem with visibility of Windows hosts

Hello. For a small LAN are used two switches XGS2210-28 (backbone) and GS1920-24.
The problem is that from time to time Windows hosts (Win10) don't see most of other hosts over the network (via Explorer). After rebooting the GS1920-24, most of the hosts become visible; after rebooting the XGS2210-28 — some more.
What could be the reason for this and how to fix it?

    Hi @progbcp,
    2. Hosts correctly ping.
If the host still can ping each other, it means that the switch is forwarding traffic normally and the problem is more related to the application layer.

When the issue happens, you may try to clear the cache or temp file instead of rebooting the switch.

    Thanks
    Jonas,

    Hi @progbcp,

    Welcome to Zyxel Community!   :)

I would like to clarify the information below to analyze the situation.
    1. Are the application running for a while and the problem just suddenly happen?
    2. When the host is not visible via explorer, could you still ping the host?
    3. May I know if there is a sequence of when the problem happens and after the switch is rebooted?

    Hi!
    1. What kind of application are we talking about?
    2. I'll check this point as soon as problem will repeat.
    3. I didn't notice a direct dependence, the problem happens about once a week.
