VPN is becoming more and more important. If Zyxel doesn't support Wireguard, get a brand that does. Vote with your wallet!

IMVHO L2TP is quite better, currently. Every OS supports it.

At least we would expect an answer from @ZyXEL here, but nothing since months...that's not really customer friendly.

Zyxel doesn't care, look at https://community.zyxel.com/en/discussion/10644/please-add-wireguardAlmost six months, not a single answer. Steer clear of Zyxel, and use a manufacturer who gives their customers a choice.
