Hello, I have been following an ATP800 for a few months and every 2, 3 weeks for no apparent reason it reboots by itself.
I have prepared the connection by console and today it has rebooted.
You can see how a Kernel panic error appears in Teraterm.

The ATP800 version is V5.02 (ABIQ.0) / 2021-07-04

I have been able to extract the Log from TeraTerm and I also have the diaginfo.
How should I proceed?
Do I pass the data to you privately?

    Can you send me diag-info and full console log in PM for further analyzing?


    Diag-Info collect

    To create a capture you just log on your ATP and go to Maintenance > Diagnostic and click on "Collect Now". This can take up to ten minutes. Depending on your configuration. 


    Once the capture is completed you can download it under Files.
