I don't have any app to download on App Center (NAS540)

My dad bought this nas it run in raid1 with 2tb disks, but we can not download apps from the app center as it writes Dowload List Fail?
We have updated to the latest firmware V5.21(AATB.7) and made a RestoreFactory Reset.
Maybe you know what the problem is or who we should write to?

It seems the package server (ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com) is down at the moment. I think it will be back, as it serves packages for NASses which are still supported.You did update to v5.21 before the package server went down? The firmware updates are served by the same server.0
