USG210 admin password

Hi, during the login phase the system asks me to change my password. Now it does not accept either the new or the old password. Help me...

    Pin the reset button on the front panel for 10 seconds and it will reset your admin password.

    Thanks, is only the password reset or all configurations as well?

    All of configuration be reset.
    If you would like to keep your configuration, you can follow these stpes to backup old configuration and reset admin password.

    Why does this happen? This has just happened to me for the 2nd time in the last few years and it's very annoying to have to reset and restore our config.

    Hi @jw708
    Did you configure character doesn't belonging to ASCII code?
    Which firmware version occurred the issue? You can upgrade to latest version(4.71) first and make sure if it helps. New firmware could backup configuration by schedule and send to your mail server. Restore configuration steps is much easier than previous steps.
