Good evening,

I'm home user and I'm traying to set up the nas.

I use Raidrive Client and I can access only with http (no https access). With http protocol I can login both with 5002 and both with 5003 ports.

But if I set up the connections with https over 5003 (or 5002) port I recive an error.

The port 5002 and 5003 are opened in tcp from router.
UpNp is not working (the nas can`t find the router, I don`t know the reason).
If I select "http" instead I can connect with webdav.
Thank you....

Please, can you help me?

I suppose you are aware that you can't connect over http or https on the same port without changing some configuration in either the NAS or the router.
Can you connect using a browser? If not, it might have a more descriptive error message.

  • Thank you for the replay,
I can connect to my NAS using the internal network ip assigned by modem. If I connect from external IP (public IP) I see the login page but I can`t login (it takes time and time, no error anyway)

Is it possible that you forwarded port 80 to your NAS, and not port 443? When I remember well the login for a package interface is redirected to the default port. Don't know how it is with webdav. Wireshark should be able to tell.

  • Hi,

I attach the pictures: with http I can connect.
The port opened in my router are showed in the picture. Webdav is opened in tp and udp from 5000 to 5002.
    Thank you again.

    Thank you again.

  • The SSL certificate could interfere ? I have never configurated SSL on NAS.....

I suppose that first screenshot is your router's portforwarding table? You have 2 forwarding addresses for port 433? That can't work, and I'm surprised your router accepts it at all.

  • Hi, the screenshot that you see is from the ISP router, you see two rules for 433 because one rule is fot tpc/tp and the other one is for udp.
I still have the problem: webdav works only in http. I have also called the ISP provider to investigate if there was some block from the network from their side but no lucky.
I really don`t know what to do.
  • I have the same problem. What more, until very recently it all worked just fine with WebDav via HTTPS (5003) and RaiDrive. Today I couldn't connect with RaiDrive and after wasting way too much of my lifetime I realized this (see screenshot). WTF :disappointed:

I tried playing around with Static IP but the same outsome.

    @Zyxel Team! Any sugestions?!

I think the failure means the router on the NAS is not supported UPnP or it is not compatible with the router.
If it is compatible, you can check on the NAS GUI > Network > UPnP and it will display the router is supported UPnP or not.

I do not use Raidrive, but i use cyberduck and it works all the time, you can try to use cyberduck.
