Zyxel has as of yesterday made the VMG1312-B10D firmware available on their Advanced Downloads page at https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/4403361365778-Advanced-Downloads-for-CPE-devices

But the above hasn't worked properly for me in about a week. I thought my IP was being blocked, but because of your post I'm thinking maybe Zyxel changed something in their FTP servers.1 -
Yes @Df_Wide, Zyxel FTP servers have changed recently.
- it even breaks some of the links from the Zyxel website that I have seen.
@MarkCooper, what firmware is your VMG1312-B10D on please?
- I upgraded mine to 5.13(AAAX.10)C0 last year, and it is working well, see https://community.zyxel.com/en/discussion/7553/vmg1312-b10d-firmware-upgrade-error
I have the firmware, but since it belongs to Zyxel I cannot supply it to you unless someone like @Zyxel_Jerry gives me permission.

Can someone help in finding older firmware version for this router please? I bought it that was on previous interface now changed to new interface with V5.13(AAXA.10)C0 Since the upgrade the router systematically freezes loosing internet connection and/or connectivity to wifi.

I have found that software version to be stable for me on VMG1312-B10D since November 2020.
You might have a hardware fault...
Does it freeze when you access by WiFi or Ethernet?
Do you want to post logs of the Internet freeze?
