How long does initial firmware upgrade take (initial install, last step - I think).

New Multy user. Initial install successful except for last step where Multy App announced a firmware upgrade required. It's been spinning my phone for 35 min. Is this usual? I'm using an iPhone 5se, iOS 14.8.1, wifi enabled and connected, phone signal 1-2 bars.

Jerry, The issue was with the initial setup of the wifi. I shut the app off, re-started, logged in, asked it to download the firmware and all was complete in 5 min. The app just locked up. Solved, Case closed 😀 MikeH63
