I can't log in after the GS1920-24HP firmware update

I updated the GS1920-24HP firmware to the latest and after restarting I can't log in to the interface because it doesn't accept the user who worked before the update. I tried to reset the device but did not see any change. What is the solution then?

Hi @simonkab

I think you may not save the config before the firmware update, which is a reboot.
