SYS still blink after startup-config upload

Hi all,
USG Flex 100.
After a startup-config restore the SYS still blink.
Firewall isn't reacheble.

I have tried:
- reset (15 sec hold reset)
- console reset, but the boot stops (see image below)

Do you have any suggestions?

I have exactly the same problem.

Same here, two times a bricket ATP200.

Update to FW 5.21 last week was fine, but now after a reboot SYS is only blinking.
