[NEBULA] Am I doing something wrong?

Welcome to Zyxel community!
I have checked the MAC and S/N you provide, your device is NWA1121-NI.
NWA1121-NI isn't in the Nebula support list, that is, it is a Non-Nebula device.
Here is the current support list of Nebula device:
1. NWA1123 ACv2
2. NWA1123 AC PRO
3. NWA1123 AC HD
4. NAP series
5. NSW series
6. NSG series
If you want to register your device, you may go to myZyxel to register your device.
BTW, I will remove the pictures which have your device detail information because of the security concern.

Hi @mcoleman,
As I mentioned, since your device NWA1121-NI is not a Nebula device, it doesn't support Nebula feature.
Only the Nebula device which I list in my last reply could be registered on Nebula Control Center.
