Hi @tak3joy
The system will regularly send wifi informs to make sure the G1 wifi stability and which will affect the response time a little bit. This mechanism don’t need to be worried since it won’t affect the network usage.

Today the router died, everything was fine until the Internet disappeared, then I went to the router and the LEDs were no longer on, I tried to plug it into another outlet, but it doesn’t want to turn on at all, while the power supply outputs as declared 12V.0

Hi @tak3joy
Maybe there is some power surge issue in your environment.

I have many other electronics in house that working properly 5+ years, and and part of it uses same 12V power supply... I think that the assumption is a bit inappropriate.Zyxel_Jerry said:Hi @tak3joy
