The USG60W here on test has firmware v 4,25
Update to v4.32 is reported as not correct despite downloading from the USG60W interface.
Do I need to go through intermediate versions?

Hi @Dovetail_MDAs our discussion in private message, the reason is coming you uploaded whole .zip file but not decompress the file. The symptom is gone if uploaded .bin file.5

The error code is meaning the firmware not matched this model or firmware file is incompletely, so shows the firmware content error.You can try upgrade firmware by click cloud firmware update.

Why would I try to update with the my box's current version which your arrow points to? It already has v4.250

I just tried downloading again - the version that is suggested on the myzxel interface - and yes I do know the model number that I have - and the upload failed again with the same error messageYou are wasting my time!Confidence in your product slipping away0

In myZyxel under Devices Management click Firmware Download and find your USG60W and download it that way?
