Zyxel NWA50AX NCC Invalid license

I just bought an access point and I am trying to configure it with Nebula. After the installation, I got the message that the NCC license is invalid. I bought a one year license and it's not working because it seems that I have a trial. I am stuck, I cannot do anything. Can you help?

Welcome to Zyxel community.
1. First, organizations in TRIAL period has full access to all Nebula Pro Pack features. While your Org is in TRIAL period, NCC will not activate any assigned PRO/PLUS Pack licenses on your AP. But the moment your TRIAL period expires, NCC will automatically activate your PRO/PLUS Pack licenses. So if you are concerned about your NCC licenses showing INACTIVE, don't worry! This is normal when in TRIAL period.
2. If you faced an issue during registering the license, please PM me and provide the license for me.
