USG110 - 2FA SMS has no code in text message

I enabled 2FA for admin access on my USG110 and set it up with clicksend.com for text messages to my phone.  I get the text message with it's subject, but there is no code to authenticate with.  Has anyone else run into this issue or is this a bug?

    We're seeing the same thing on all of our devices USG and ATP that have the latest firmware. We're going to flip to email for now....

    Dear Customer,
    After we checked,  We have the correct mail content send to Clicksend.
    (Capture in WAN interface)

    However,Clicksend only send Subject to Phone.We will contact clicksend/smsglobal to check the issue.

    Hello,

    same problem with Zywall 110 and clicksend (tested with firmware version 4.70 and 4.71).

    4 options in clicksend


    1) I receive the SMS with subject only and ":"
    2) I receive the SMS with subject only
    3) I dont' receive the SMS
    4) I dont' receive the SMS

    I never receive the url link

    I have tested with start and stop message {sms} {/sms} (Clicksend options) and test with "default message" and multilangual file in firewall configuration, same results.

    example body of message for 3 and 4


    Can we remove HTML code for email send to SMS ?

    Hi Customer,
    Clicksend don't allow text/html. We will impove on next ZLD(5.30/4.72)
    After install Firmware,You could change type yourself by CLI .

    Router> debug system email-to-sms-encoding inactive   ->text/plain

    Router> debug system email-to-sms-encoding active -> text/html

    On the other hands, For "VPN Access" scenario , Some SMS Service Provider might verfiy customer before allow to insert URL. So if you didn't receive 2FA code of VPN Access , Please check with Service Provider.

    When is 5.30 supposed to be released?  Is there an alternative to ClickSend that you support?
