Sorry for the delay on getting back to this conversation.  I will update the code on the core switch shortly.  I would also add that this could be a load related issue as the switch that has dropped POE 3 times is the the core switch in my network so it is handling ALL the traffic from the other 5 switches in my network besides it's own connected devices.

    Terry.

    Hi @tmcdanel,

Thanks for your information and confirm that V2.60 patch 4 is also working stabily on your site.
We are still collecting symptons and investigating the root cause from the tech support file that all customer provided.

We also actually test on playing tons of packets to a GS1900-24HPv1(V2.70 patch1) switch through a weekend, but the switch functions properly.

I believe I have a similar problem; I've got 4 IP cameras running on power through PoE. Since the upgrade to 2.70, they sometimes are offline and I am unable to reach them.

Looking at the PoE page, I see no power being used. I can fix it by disabling PoE on all ports and then enabling it again.

    I have a GS-1900 24HP. Current firmware  V2.70(AAHM.1) | 01/11/2022. Previous firmware V2.60(AAHM.3) | 01/05/2021

    Hi @PTish,

    Thanks for informing this information.
Could you please help us to download tech support file, at Maintenance > Configuration > HTTP > Tech support > Apply, while the issue occurred and PM it to me?

Once getting the tech support file, you could downgrade back to V2.60 firmware to avoid disconnection of PDs.

Thanks for all you guys' patience here.
    Best Regards.

@Zyxel_Adam will do. Sometimes it occurs multiple times a day, sometimes it works for weeks. Will let you know once it happened again.

Today, the issue occurred again. I sent both tech support files per PM.

I doubt the phone and PoE issues are separate, as they always occur at the same time. It's a PoE-phone of course. Maybe there is enough "juice" to start boot up, but then it aborts. What I see is a flashing screen.

The switch was working apart from PoE, so I could get into the interface. But none of the connected PoE-devices were listed.

    @PTish,

    Thanks for your help.
We will kindly wait for your update.

    @PeterHase,

Thanks for your tech support files and the symptom from your IP phone.
We will start analizing and reporting these two files to our engineer then keep updating here once we find anything.

    Hi Folks,

i´m having the same Problem since updating to Firmware v2.7 on my GS1900-24HP V1.
The POE Power is cut off randomly after hours or days of service.

I have identified in the Tech Support Log, that the PoE Port Configuration Table seems crippled in v2.7

    v2.7:
    Port Configuration
    --------------------------------
    LPort    PoE Port Default Mode
    -------- -------- ----------------
    0        0.0      IEEE 802.3at
    1        0.1      IEEE 802.3at
    2        0.2      IEEE 802.3at
    3        0.3      IEEE 802.3at
    4        0.4      IEEE 802.3at
    5        0.5      IEEE 802.3at
    6        0.6      IEEE 802.3at
    7        0.7      IEEE 802.3at
    8        0.8      IEEE 802.3at
    9        0.9      IEEE 802.3at
    10       0.10     IEEE 802.3at
    11       0.11     IEEE 802.3at
    12       0.1.1.1.

    v2.6:
    Port Configuration
    --------------------------------
    LPort    PoE Port Default Mode
    -------- -------- ----------------
    0        0.0      IEEE 802.3at

    Hi @Karsten,

    Thanks for sharing your information.

We've investigated some tech support logs and are trying replicating the issue.
Found out a weird loop in PoE status and still search for the root cause.

In order to make your services founctioning without interruption, you could downgrade to V2.60(AAHM.4).

    Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

@Zyxel_Adam occured again this morning,  but when trying to generate the logs for you, i get the message "tech support is generating for others" and then nothing happens :(
