I have the content filter on with productivity template selected but noted it's not blocking porn sites.  How do I check / edit the productivity template? I don't see edit template anywhere.

    Hello @iSpeed,
To edit/check the productivity template, please click "Category list" to display the selected category of the template.
As for Productivity template, Pornography is selected by default.
Pease let me know if you have any further question about content filter, thank you.

Ok I see the category list. I have dark mode in my browser running. I'm new to nebula managed firewall. I noticed real problem is I don't have a security policy defined with content filter applied. How do I do that. On premise GUI it was already there.

    Hello @iSpeed,
You have to apply the content filter rule to security policy to make it work.
    1. Set up a Content Filter rule

    2. Set up the new adding Security Policy rule. Add the Content Filter Profile for the respective Network you want to filter. Please note that Action should be "Allowed"

After the setup, the traffic that match the Protocol, Source, Destination, Dst Port, User, Schedule in the policy will be allowed to enters into the device, and UTM engine(Content Filter/App Patrol) will check if the traffic should be blocked by the content filter or App patrol.
For Example, from LAN1 network to Any, will be filtered by the content filter.

    Thanks,
    James

Destination: Device, it means the traffic to the device itself.
    By default:
    • The Security Policy allows only LAN, or WAN computers to access or manage the Zyxel Device.
    • The Zyxel Device allows DHCP traffic from any interface to the Zyxel Device.
    • The Zyxel Device drops most packets from the WAN zone to the Zyxel Device itself and generates a log except for AH, ESP, GRE, HTTPS, IKE, NATT.

Destination: Any, it does not includes the device itself.
