Dear Zyxel

our System:
ZyWall 110
SecuExtender 4.0.2.0
Firmware V4.32

Problem:
If we restart our ZyWall 110 the SSL-VPN connection works great but after some hours we can`t connect to the ZyWall, after restart again they works great.

Somebody know what they are having Problems?
Thanks for any help.

The SSL VPN tunnel is base on HTTPS protocol. But it will effects by some of environment issue.

    (a) PC interface status has changed.

    (b) PC WiFi has roamed to other WiFi.

    (c) If PC is behind NAT router, NAT Router WAN IP address has changed.

    (d) PC is unable connect to server at that moment.

    (e) PC routing stability issue.

Could you provide routing and trace route information to us? (The information must coming from same PC)

    (1) Before establishing VPN tunnel.

    Enter CLI command: route print

Enter CLI command: tracert [Internal IP]

    (2) After VPN tunnel is established and without problem.

    Enter CLI command: route print

Enter CLI command: tracert [Internal IP]

    (3) When symptom happening.

    Enter CLI command: route print

Enter CLI command: tracert [Internal IP]
