NAS542 services turning off

Hi,

I have a NAS542, and I want to use it remote.

I've done the setup for myZyXELcloud, and everything works fine, for 2-3 days—after that all the services turns off by themselves (WebDAV, FTP, etc.). It keeps repeating if I turn them ON.

Do you know what could it be ?

    Do you try with lan access to get the service?
    Or the service only turn off after 2-3days while using remote?

    LAN is always working.
    Services turn off after 2-3 days while using it remote.
    I need to manually switch them on, from myZyXELcloud every time.

    If you're able to use the service on LAN.
    It means the service do not stop on NAS.
    You can try to check the router above when the service on NAS are not able to connect remotely.
    Maybe there is something happen on the router.
    Or maybe you can consider to use port forwarding on the router and check if it works on the router.
