Hi @Dany,
The error comes from "Certificate Update" in Configuration > Security Service > SSL Inspection > Certificate Update.
We have fixed the issue on the update server.
Try to click "Update Now" and SSL certificate is able to be downloaded successfully.

Thank You for Your help. Solution has worked. After one "manual Update Now", the "Auto Update" was successful.

I have a USG Flex 700 running firmware version 5.31(ABWD0) which is having the same continuous error "2022-09-26 14:45:03 error myZyXEL.com Certificate download has failed.).
I have tried unsuccessfully to perform the update manually, but it continues to fail that way as well. "SSL Certificate download has failed. (failed) at Mon Sep 26 15:18:05 2022"
How can I correct this issue?
