Purchased licenses assigned but no section activated

I have the licenses assigned to all my devices but I can't open the pro section like vouchers etc, pls urgent






activated Invite Zyxel support as administrator

    Hi @IvanSerra

    To activate the pro pack feature ,we need  all devices in the same organisation have a pro back license. So if you want to use the pro pack feature, you need to buy the others devices liense.

    Or you just want certain devices to be able to use the Pro Pack feature.You can transfer them to the new organisation and make sure all devices in the organisation have a pro back license.
