Bandwith Management on NSG

Hi, it would be great to be able to do bandwith management on NSG devices, in the same way than on USG devices.

    Would you like to share with us what kind of new settings you need on the NSG?
    Currently, we already support BWM by IP, ports, protocol, and priority.
