Is there an updated external database link. This dose not update.

    Welcome to Zyxel community.  =)  
    You need  to install/maintain a simple web server to store block list entries in a file, this file need to be able to reachable from the Zyxel Device.(HTTP or HTTPS)
    The Zyxel Device will block incoming and outgoing packets from the black list entries in this file.
