ATP100 Lan Ports

Trying to configure new ATP100, and have WAN port plugged into my internet, P4 plugged into my laptop, but not getting a light on the lan port. I tried all ports and several network cables. Anyone ever run into this issue?

    Hi @znorthrip, 
    Please plug the console cable to ATP100 and print the following ouput message for us .
    Router> show interface all
    Router> show interface lan1
    Router> show interface lan2

    If I could I would do that. The LAN ports are not working neither is the console port. The only port that works is the WAN port.
