Smart TV apps being blocked

We have an ATP700 which is blocking apps on different models of smart TV from Toshiba, LG and Samsung. Has anybody else had this kind of issue, and is there a catch all I can allow though. Either tied to a specific MAC address or IP ?
We don't have an issue with accessing YouTube, Spotify and online radio players on laptops, so the assumption is that OS of TV is the problem ?

Can you see any blocked log when filter keyword for smart TV IP at Firewall > Monitor > Event log?
