pla6456 power light does not turn on

Brand new out of the box, one unit’s power light does not turn on. Is there some way to reset unit?

  1. Is there any other power adapter in the scenario?

      If so, please remove other power adapter and check it again.

     

  2. Does the symptom always occur or it happen randomly? What’s the color of three LED status when the symptom occurs? Is the three LED on the PLA always display the same behavior?

  
  

  3.Try to reset the PLA 6456 device and implemented it in the same extender code.
     Will the symptom still occur?
  
  You can refer to the User Guide Chapter 2.1 Page 11 to reset the PLA6456 device.
