Can you verify if USG FLEX 100 SN: S212L53100247 have a 1 year license included ? Because our technician that installed is not sure of right configuration on Nebula (show license INACTIVE currently), he can tell me only that have a "SECURITY BUNDLE" label on bottom

Hi @aalfano_sirm,This USG FLEX 100 has Security Bundle license. Here is the license status and remaining days.You can also login to myZyxel.com and go to Devices Management > My Devices > Click on the MAC address of the device > Linked Services to check the license status.0

dear support,i try to go in "Organization-wide > Configure > License & inventory > Devices" and i notice "License expiration date" show "Inactive"Also if i try to to in Overview:So i'm unable to work on it
Organization type: base pack
NCC license: All devices with inactive license.
Security license: All devices with inactive license.

Hi @itservice,You need to activate the license manually. If you don't know how to activate licenses, please go to Help > Support request and turn on "Invite Zyxel support as administrator" on nebula control center. We will check the license status on nebula.0
