No more able to add device as to organization on SecuReporter

After SecuReporter Trial Reset Announcement
on 19.10.2018 I am unable to add any of my registered devices to organization defined on SecuReporter https://secureporter.cloudcnm.zyxel.com. There is only "Buy" option next to each devices...while I have reactivated Trial! :-(

Hi @IntL_DanielWhat email account are you using on the myzyxel.com portal? We'd like to check the account status firstly. Moreover, can you give us the screen shot and share with us what you had seen when you're trying to add the registered devices?0
