    Hi @infosecwest ,

Just conduct a lab test on FLEX100W. I can make / receive FaceTime Video connections in FLEX100W. What is your wifi router mode? Router mode(NAT) or Bridge mode ?

problem also occurs on LAN only connections within the same network. Only common factor is the firewall

It happens with both phones and mac computers but one of them is 192.168.5.220.

I have tried calling from outside the network using an iPhone to both a Macbook as well as another iPhone

Also tried from iPhone (on LAN) to iPhone (also on LAN) - this fails.

Also tried from iPhone (on LAN) to Macbook (also on LAN) - also fails.

I have ruled out local WLAN issues by calling to Macbook connected via LAN also.

Hmm, difficult issue you have got there. Have you tried deactivating the firewall on LAN-to-LAN conncections (or shortly disabling the firewall altogether) to see if that allows any traffic between the Apple devices? Just trying to think through your issue and all I can think of is trying to find a way to eliminate possible sources of obstacles.

    Hi @infosecwest ,

Could you please help us to confirm what is the I phone IP address when it is connected to AP?

We would like to check if the phone is in bridge subnet or not.

one of the phones is 192.168.5.220, however it does not seem to matter as others allocated by DHCP in the network (192.168.4.0/255.255.254.0) have the same issue
