XS1930-10 Issue with L3 License

Hi, i just puchase L3 license and i linked in portal zyxel to my switch.

But when press the update button to load license in switch i received this error

"Error: Couldn´t resolve host" , and the license its not update in switch.

How can update my purchase license in switch?

    Hi @nox79,

    Service registration needs the switch can connect to the MyZyxel portal. The error message is most likely you did not configure the DNS server setting on your switch.

    Could you set up the DNS server setting and update it again?

    Please go to Menu > SYSTEM > IP setup > IP setup > IP setup to configure Domain Name Server.
