QoS Upload/Download vanished , can i get them back ?

Hello ,

i have a VMG3625-T50B router , i bought it few months ago because it had QoS Upload/Download bandwidth control option
it was like this two days ago and suddenly the Upload/Download entries are gone ,

how to get them back please as i have very limited WiFi and i have to decrease the speed for the users ?

  after using this version and factory reset my router can't login using the password labeled on my router or by using admin/1234 do you know what is the username and the password ?

  Please could U tell me the username & password to vmg3625-t50b 
  I also have the same problem after upgrade framwork I cant login to the router page

  I think that the username admin with default password 1234 should work, on 192.168.1.1
