Can't login to my router.

Hello, i just received a new router with an new internet provider and after it is installed i wanted to connect to the router (by 192.168.1.1) i've putted in the username and password multiple times that was given on the back of the zyxel router,i also tried  the basic admin/admin combinations. but nothing worked. Even when i tried to reset the router. Can someone help me out? caus
