After Upgrading our USG Flex 200 V5.36(ABUI.0) on two different sites the 2FA stops sending emails and unit will loose web access after 6 hours and need rebooting.

Have upgraded to V5.36(ABUI.1) and still not 2FA but no freezing yet.

Also noticed "Send Report Now" under Email Daily Report no longer works. Both are getting the settings from the Notification Setting "Mail Server"

Whereas the "Email Log Now" from the View Log under the monitor settings works fine. The Old Firmware V5.35(ABUI.0) worked fine.

Need to get this sorted ASP

It was the certificates in my case. Well ONE selfsigned cert refused to be recognised after a crash and refused to build the VPN it was associated to.

Try the log on your mailserver maybe? See if the F200 at least tries to contact, or already fails internally.

I'd suggest trying out the 5.36(ABUI.1) firmware for your device. There have been positive test results reported by users in other threads. It might be beneficial for your case as well.

tried looking at the Email server but its Microsoft 365 so can't see that being an issue.

Try another server for testing? :-) One where you have logging.

Have you re-entered the password? Maybe the hashing changed?

    Hello @smkjones

Did the View Log show anything about 2fa failure or mail failure?
And for two-factor, may I know it's for VPN access or Admin login?
