I haven't seen a firmware update on those devices? Or was there a definition update from some service (which we don't use…) that caused these problems?

@nielsscheldeman Not all Nebula devices encounter the forced upgrade issue. This incident only happens on several nebula sites.

Hello, we managed to get firmware v 5.10 which is the immediate version after 4.65 where we were running now.
But firmware update (both via GUI and via FTP) is simply "ignored" and device boots up with the same firmware as before both in standby and in running config!!!
Any idea of what's going on ?

But we don't use Nebula for our Firewalls and switches… We only manage AP's through Nebula…

Also applied patch 2 to both "running" and "standby" partitions and still one of our zywalls had CPU load 99%. After examining it is a ModemManager eating all of our CPU. What is a ModemManager, how can I turn it off? Fixed by geo-filtering traffic.

ModemManager is a system daemon that controls WirelessWAN. Do you connect any dongle to your device?
please try to unplug and plug again the dongle, and see if the issue persists, thanks

What about older USG-20 /no USG20-VPN, USG FLEX 50/. Which FW update should we use?

USG20(W)-VPN is renamed to USG FLEX 50(W) since v5.20, you can upload USG FLEX 50 v5.36Patch2 to USG20-VPN.

He meant the USG-20 or USG-20W ( ) you silently dropped out of support albeit released along the USG-40(W) or USG-60(W). Yes, the 20 was a crappy device (fanbehavior anyone) but not getting any updates is not nice.
