Security Alert monitoring by email

Excuse me if this has already been asked or mentioned a few times before within this community, but why isn't there any mechanism in the Nebula cloud to alert ie. by email in particular on such issues as Web Filtering, Anti-Malware and IPS from our clients when such issues are detected?

No one wants to sit in front of a Nebula cloud portal screen and review this all the time. If a client is incorrectly blocked from accessing say a website / IP address, then how are we supposed to find this out or better proactively monitor this?

We have seen this happening already where the Nebula IP reputation DB has incorrectly blocked certain IP's that we have to manually whitelist after a series on lengthy investigations raised by some of our clients which in return often doesn't install much confidence in them that we are doing a great job protecting their security interests.

    You can define Recipient and event(Securiry related) threshold in this page.
