Forgot login password for router

in Home Router
I’ve forgotten my login for an EX3301-T0 router. I’ve tried the reset button on the back of the device but it doesn’t reset the login details to the original.. Locked out anyone know a fix?

maybe the cache on the webpages cause the case, try with other application.
