Como posso alterar o registo do usgflex200

preciso alterar o registo, do equipamento usgflex200, apenas temos o número de serie, o endereço MEC, mas não temos o email de quem registou.
Quem tem esta informação é o TI, anterior. não consigo renovar as liceça.

To re-register the device, and you have the device, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Web GUI
- Choose "Configuration" > "Licensing" > "Registration"
- Click the URL and follow the instructions to complete the registration
