My USG210 reboots automatically

hi,

I'm a Zyxel partner, and one of my clients has a USG210 running ver 4.73(AAPI.1)

He says that the USG210 sometimes reboots by itself and disconnects all users from the Internet.

What could be the reason and to fix it?

    Hi Kevin,

    I installed the latest firmware which is 4.73(AAPI.2) on July 8.

    However, the problem happened again 2 days ago, and the USG210 rebooted suddenly and disconnected all users from the Internet.

    Any ideas?

    hi,

    we suffered another reboot this morning !!??

    could it be from the recent firmware updates?

    this USG210 was installed about 8 or 9 years ago, and it was very stable until recently we started to suffer reboots and disconnections.
