Hi all,

I am trying to redirect port 7980 to a lan IP of 192.168.1.30

Everything works well on the LAN and the device is responsive on port 80.

However, when I try to access the device from the WAN it looks like the port forwarding is not working correctly.

Any advice here?

    Hi @Carlo

Is your WAN connection the public Internet or a mobile broadband connection to your USG200 firewall?

It could be that your networking provider is filtering the port connection before it gets to your USG200.

    I don't know much about the USG200.

You might want to ask queries on the https://community.zyxel.com/en/categories/security area, as there maybe people there who can help you to get logs out of the USG200 to see if it is being reached at all, or whether it is being filtered on the WAN before it gets to the USG200.

I hope that this is helpful.

    Kind regards,

    Tony

the WAN connection goes to the public internet and there are no filers on the line as it’s directly connected to the DSL. The provider doesn’t have any filter in place.

Sorry for the confusion, it’s a USG FLEX200, I believe the issue is with the nebula portal and something in the configuration.
