Cannot register a GS1200-5 bought on Amazon

Hi, I have the invoice for a genuine Zyxel GS1200-5, but when registering, the company is not found. I tried the VAT FR548…., the company name (ZyXEL Networks A/S). Can you help please?

    Hi @bosr,

    The MyZyxel portal registration is for other devices, like firewalls, to register and assign licenses.

    GS1200 series switch cannot register to the MyZyxel portal since it is a home switch and cannot assign any license. If you have any warranty service requirements, please check this link.
