    Dear @StouAdmin,

    Sorry for the misunderstanding.

    1. Can you share the screenshot of the 3 dots (more) and organization/devices, the list is empty ?
    2. There's only the device owner can purchase the license in the Marketplace, and there are no admins in the Marketplace. We'd like to know if any material from us misleading you.

    regarding the license renewal, I(we) can live with that. but the device list should contain the devices the user(admin) has under the organization the user is admin fore.

    at least for easy reading of when a device needs to be renewed.

    Hi @StouAdmin,

    Here is the definition of Organization and Device on this page for your reference.

    Organization: It shows the organization that you have privilege to see the log/report. As you see, the owner is not your myZyxel.com account but other owners. Click on the organization name and you can see the serial number and MAC address of the device. ⇒ You are not the device owner.

    Device: It shows the devices that are registered by your myZyxel.com account. ⇒ You are the device owner.

    so it's only the owner that can see devices under the device list, and only the owner that can do firmware updates.

    Hi @StouAdmin,

    Actually, you cannot do firmware updates on "SecuReporter portal" no matter you're the device owner or not.

    If the device is managed by nebula and you have "full" privilege of the organization (the privilege setting is configured on nebula portal), you are able to do firmware updates on "nebula" for the devices even if you're not the device owner.
