Unable to access NAS using DMZ

Hello everyone,
I'm new here and I don't know how to set up my zyxel router from the provider.
I have a zyxel VMG3927-T50K, which I use to connect to the Internet via PPPOE. After the DMZ is set, I can't connect to my home synology NAS.
I also noticed that I only have IPv6 in the system information and I can't get IPv4, but it shows IPv4 on the Internet.

Have you checked if the device is dual stack enabled or IPv6 only. If enabled dual-stack but cannot get IPv4, I suggest you have to contact your ISP for the help.
