Dear all,
I just bought a used GS2210-24HP and the sell didn't share the account and password. In order to do a factory reset, I need firmware for it. I noticed that we have several posts shared the firmware in the past, but none of them that could be downloaded successfully. If you know where and how to get the firmware, please help to let me know. Thank you very much in advance!

Refer to this FAQ to factory default your switch.
