USG 200 semi online

Hi, we've got an USG Flex200 that we want to use to replace an NSG50.
When we've placed the USG the device wouldn't come online although is was sending CPU and Memory data. Can anyone tell us what went wrong? Zyxel support couldn't find the solution.
