Nebula Traffic shapping new option

Hello,

It's possible to add new option to the parameter "WAN load balancing algorithm".

Actually only "Round Robin" and "Least load first" are enable. The option "Wan1 active/ Wan 2 Backup" will be a very good option.

    A third WAN load balancing algorithm called "failover" will be available in the next Nebula update on December 17.

    Failover makes use of the active/backup (or active/passive) WAN interface that you just described.

    As Barney said, the Failover option is now available on NCC since December 17.
