web content filter site is blocked redirect URL:

we set up the web content filtering with a valid filter license, which works, but if I set the Redirect URL, it doesn't work: on the client's computer these page are redirected to the firewall internal web address.

What is set wrong? I want to redirect to an itpolicy site.

    May we know which firewall model and firmware version you are utilizing? Which URL that you want to redirect when the customer accesses the blocked website? Thanks.

    Hi Jeff, Pardon for my delay.. The device is Flex500 with the latest firmware 5.37(ABUJ.0)
    The redirect site is an public internet site.
