Hi there @Mikethk,
Indeed it is sometimes confusing without knowing what the reasons mean. I have written a FAQ to the reason codes , link here , you can refer to them by comparing to the list.
Reason 23 indicates that "IEEE 802.1X authentication failed" meaning you probably have some settings mismatched or wrong in the authentication process.

It was very helpful, and should ofc. be a part of the NCC. De use "Reasons" for troubleshooting is nice, but we need to be able to find what you just gave me. And the table could be even more specific if possible.
